NI Taxi Exhibition 2009

Return to the North...

Following last year's debut, the 10th of February 2009 saw Aquila returning for the second NI Taxi taxi and PHV show to the King's Hall in Belfast.

The show, which extended well into the evening gave Aquila and its Belfast partner, Airphone Communications Limited, and opportunity to demonstrate its two DOE approved meters to potential customers.

New taximeter requirements in Northern Ireland are still to be finalised by the authorities, with no introduction date yet agreed, but the show allowed drivers and larger fleet operators to keep up to date with developments ready for the change when it comes.
